You may visit Plessey Semiconductors Ltd (“Plessey”) website (“Site”) anonymously if you wish, in which case we will not request that you provide any personal information. On the other hand you may choose to request certain products and services from Plessey in which case you will need to provide Plessey with personal information.

On a 12-monthly basis Plessey will provide you the opportunity to verify your opt-in consent. Plessey will send you an email through which you will be able to update or unsubscribe.
Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
Plessey collects personal information from visitors to the Site only when: (1) you register for a Plessey account via the Customer Portal, or when you subsequently modify that information; and (2) you choose to purchase or otherwise request a product or a service or related information from Plessey, you submit a technical enquiry, you ask to be included in an email or other mailing list, you choose to participate in a user survey for the purpose of providing feedback to Plessey regarding your needs or to allow Plessey to enhance your future visits to the Site, or you otherwise log onto the Site and request information from Plessey.
Except as provided below, Plessey will not disclose any of your personal information or the other data you provide us through your Plessey account to third parties without your permission. We may however need to provide without your permission some of this personal information and data to third parties whom Plessey uses for the purposes of delivering products or services to you (e.g. distributors, sales representatives, customer support agents, a shipping company if you have asked us to send something to you or other Plessey business partners). Reviewing and Making Changes to Your Personal Information
If you have a registered account on Plessey’s Customer Portal you can review and make changes to your personal information at any time by logging in to your account.
If we hold your business information in our system and you want to update your details you may either contact us at customer.care@plesseysemi.com with your request or wait for our 12-monthly review cycle.
IP Addresses
When you visit our Site our servers will log your computer’s IP address. Plessey will only link your IP address to organisational details (if available through ARIN/RIPE) for internal tracking and system administration purposes.
Use of Cookies
The Plessey Site uses cookies for various reasons. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s computer hard drive for record-keeping purposes. The information stored will make future visits to the Site easier because it will allow you to use the Site without having to re-enter information on each visit.
